Kimoto Tech's highly automated state-of-the-art production
facilities are second to none within the film coating industry.
They consist of two autonomous production lines comprised of
automated film and coating delivery systems, computer controlled
coating systems, and precision drying capabilities.
An integral component of this film coating process is
Kimoto Tech's precision chemical mixing facility. This facility
has the capability of mixing ingredients for specific coatings
with complete accuracy.
All production and process
control equipment are specifically designed to meet Kimoto
Tech's ISO 9001 requirements. These requirements have been
determined through years of experience in the manufacture of
coated films that meet the most demanding customer
specifications.
The combination of our comprehensive manufacturing and advanced
research and development facilities allows us to undertake
virtually any film coating project; from customized formulations
and products to an extensive product line for graphic arts
