Create new business opportunities...

This versatile and easy to use printer allows you to produce printed goods that were not possible before. It is not only able to print on a wide variety of materials; it also offers the possibility to print on rigid substrates up to 110mm thickness, with a maximum print size of 326×483mm.

Unlike processes such as screen or pad printing, the FJ330 uses an extended color space with a resolution of up to 5760dpi. The eight channel print head allows fast and reliable production, for small and medium jobs.

Application examples include: Customization of industrial products, interior design, promotional articles and anodized aluminum.

Some benefits of the FJ330 are:

·          Fast production at high resolutions

·          Wide range of printable materials

·          Improved color gamut using red and blue inks

·          Material thickness up to 110mm

·          No RIP (Raster Image Processor) software necessary

·          Simple operation

With Dual Heating System...

The optional heating system allows optimizing the drying properties of the ink which leads to an improved scratch resistance. In some cases the pre coating spray will no longer be necessary when heating the material during printing. The bottom heat plate uses a vacuum system that allows printing on metal sheets and thin plastic materials with ease.

The heating system is also a prerequisite to use a new generation of water based inks that is currently under test and will be introduced shortly. This ink will open new application fields and will be offered as an option to our existing solvent inks.

** NOTE: Optional Heating system (top heater and heating plate with vacuum) needs to be installed in the factory. No retrofit possible.

Anodized Aluminum Printing
Printing on anodized aluminum with Freejet is simple and efficient...

The anodized aluminum has a porous surface that is produced in an electrolytic bath. Photo quality images and graphics can be printed into the unsealed oxide layer using color dyes via the Freejet printer. After printing, the pores will be closed in a simple fixation process, protecting the dyes from outside influences.

Advantages of printed anodized aluminum

Anodized Aluminum protects the image against the following dangers:

·          Mechanical abrasion / Scratches

·          Solvent agents such as: Alcohol, Acetone or Thinner

·          Aggressive aqueous solutions

·          High temperatures (up to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit)

·          Graffiti: Foreign color can be easily wiped off with paint thinner
